Every person, business and invention had an origin. We seek to explore, experiment and discover the process behind creativity and innovation.

Students pick their own research topics in this lab. With as many as 20 different projects going on in the same room in one class period things can get quite inventive.

Explore a topic you’ve been curious about for a minimum of five weeks or, as this course can be taken multiple times, extend your study over multiple semesters. Many students repeat this course multiple times and either extend study projects or venture off into new territory. One student has taken this course five times, extended their study over multiple semesters and is currently working toward professional level certifications. You decide.

Better yet, we archive all this work for future lab students. Curious about a subject ? Another student in the lab may have already studied and archived it for you to see and build upon.

Along the way we take a look at innovations and changes in education around the world and whip up proposals for change here at our school.
